Yoshino Cherry

Yoshino cherry is native to Japan. These small, deciduous trees range in height from 16 to 39 feet. The Yoshino cherry is the most most popular type of flowering cherry tree. Pale pink or white flower clusters are found covering the trees before leaves emerge in the spring. Flowers produce cherry fruits that each contain one seed. These faintly sweet fruits are a great food source for wildlife.
